Our Medical Tenant Improvement has finally crossed from demo to Construction in a very visible way. The Sheetrock is (mostly) on and ready for tape and no (wink, wink) texture this coming week. Realm Architecture is also learning a bit about sound rock (second photo). Who knew there was metal in the middle?!
