Wood must have been cheap when this building was built. Walls of stacked 2x4s and floors of 2x4s on end. It's going to be a beauty when it's done. An inside and out remodel on a Gerber (Poberta?) landmark in Tehama County, through the team effort of Realm Architecture and Engineering and Gipson Construction.
